Rules, Regulation / Terms

  • 1.The Fees paid are non- refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • 2.Failure to pay fees by due date shall result in imposition of fine
  • 3.Batch transfer are not permitted .In special cases if allowed the students will be required to pay the requisite transfer fee
  • 4.The institute reserves the right in make any changes/amendments to terms and condition of admission at any time.
  • 5.Students is required to inform the institute about any changes in his/her contact details including permanent / corresp. /PG address, email-id at any point of time.
  • 6.The Institute may make mandatory the submission of any certificates or documents before or at the time of the admission or afterwards, for the purpose of admission or otherwise, as decided by the institute.
  • 7.Admission if student fails to submit relevant documents or otherwise if fails to fulfill any condition.
  • 8.Institute will charge the fee for various facilities like reappear/ backlog etc. as decided from time to time
  • Norms Regarding Refund & Cancellation of Fees

    has some norms regarding refund & cancellation of fees. The details about the norms are as follows:
  • 1) Once the Fee is paid & received in the (DIPT) for registration/examination fee is not refundable.
  • 2) Fee is not Refundable If the Candidate will not appear in The examination or selection Process.
  • 3) The multiple payment against the single registration/examination will be refunded within one month of the registration/examinations of the specific course.The Institute may make mandatory the submission of any certificates or documents before or at the time of the admission or afterwards, for the purpose of admission or otherwise, as decided by the institute. Institute reserves the right to cancel admission if student fails to submit relevant documents or otherwise if fails to fulfill any condition. In the event of any disputes between the parties the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction , Students undertake / certify that the documents submitted by him / her are original / genuine and not fake and to the best of his / her knowledge. If found otherwise the fees of the student shall be forfeited and separate legal action would be taken by the institute.Student should keep himself / herself well versed with the updates in the Institute through our notice board/website. Institute is not responsible for any individual intimation of information.
  • 1. Administration/Management of DELHI INSTITUTE OF PARAMEDICAL TECHNOLOGY (DIPT) is free to make, change, modify, or eliminate rules and regulations connected with its top-notch paramedical courses and training programs, which are extended at diverse academic and professional levels, on its own discretion, and without prior information to its students, educators, or administrative staff.
  • The tuition fees or durations of the paramedical courses or training programs of DIPT, may also be altered or extended by the administration for the purposes of betterment or refinement, under certain imperative circumstances. Again, management may cancel or extend the conduction of any course, if sufficient number of eligible students is not found till the proposed last date of concerned admissions, without refunding the cost of prospectus. Course fees or tuition fees are to be paid punctually on or before the prescribed date. Uninformed absence from class for a period of one week or more, may dispel the students from the ongoing education or training program, and the paid fees would not be refunded. At least 80% attendance is pre-requisite for sitting at examinations. All students, educators, administrative staff, and professional trainers are expected to obey strictly the rules and regulations of our prestigious paramedical institute, and keep administration free from the hassles and disputes related with their mutual interpersonal conducts, personal belongings, monetary or other transactions, or their personal matters or affairs. They may be bluntly discarded off anytime, if found guilty of gross violations or behavior, repeated cases of indiscipline or dereliction, lack of medical fitness, non-payment of timely tuition fees, or very poor academic performance.
